Early time-restricted feeding for the prevention of diabetes

Author: William Theurer

Over the past year Bill Theurer conducted two personal Time-Restricted Feeding (TRF) studies with an eating window of 8-12 hours (fasting window of 12-16 hours). He diligently documented his diet, exercise, and health outcomes (body composition, lipid panels, etc) to understand how time-restricted feeding affects his health.  Visceral body fat melted away, he enjoyed better sleep, enhanced athletic endurance, and a reduction in exercise-induced arrhythmia and tachycardia incidents.  He describes other benefits and what it is really like to try TRF.  Check out his the video above!
